Frequently Asked Questions

All domestic domestic work is payable immediately on completion by card or cash payment. We do not offer invoice terms to domestic customers. 

Commercial/Landlords payable by BACS. Terms to be agreed.

Late payments will be persued through collection agency and intrest on outstanding due monies will also be incurred from the last day of the agreed terms.

Get in touch as soon as you realise. We have a 48 hour window from completion to raise any complaints/issues in the first instance. We will always do our utmost to ensure you are satisifed.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance with Digital Risks. This is to ensure we are able to cover any damages that may happen during the course of our visit to you that cant be reasonably replaced by us. 

Upon booking you may be advised to remove electricals and breakables from the area. If this cannot be reasonably done, the work will continue but at your own risk to the items not removed. 

Yes but we require 48 hours notice to do this otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to change and if you cannot meet the original appointment will be cancelled and deposit lost.
